What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver differentiated products and customer experiences.
• Define feature development, build consensus among stakeholders, and collaborate with engineers and designers.
• Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and groom backlog with development teams.
• Drive agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality.
• Own product roadmap to meet business goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Birmingham, United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of product management experience in agile environments.
• Experience managing and launching successful digital products, preferably in retail financial services.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of iOS and/or Android mobile platforms.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and prioritize product features.
