What you will do

• Drive multiple programs at module and product level to grow revenue and improve margins.
• Manage P&L and product lifecycle through NCR’s Solution Lifecycle Management process.
• Develop annual business and operational plans including strategy evolution and market analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, service delivery, and operations teams to solve complex business issues.
• Specify product requirements based on market research and customer feedback.
• Coordinate creation of service offers and manage program metrics including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dundee, United Kingdom (onsite)
• Engineering degree and/or MBA with minimum 3 years related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Self Service and NCR product platforms.
• Experience managing complex programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
