What you will do
- Lead a cross-functional full-stack squad responsible for designing and building a new current account proposition.
- Use insights and collaborate with the design team to ensure market differentiation and meet customer needs.
- Problem solve with engineers to build solutions and make trade-offs for quick value addition and fast learning.
- Ensure products are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible with the team's help.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure overall product cohesiveness.
- Manage the live product, driving business goals and focusing on key metrics.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years working in customer-facing product roles.
- You are passionate about Product and solving customer problems, acting as the voice of the customer.
- You can evidence successful products built or significant metric improvements for previous products.
- You combine quantitative and qualitative evidence to make customer insights central to decision-making.
- You are outcomes focused, highly proactive, and take ownership for product success.
- Your decisions are backed by data, testing and learning to progress towards goals.
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
