- Collaborate closely with account executives to drive meetings and accelerate pipeline growth
- Continuously improve outbound strategy, tools, and messaging to increase effectiveness
Requirements
- Fully committed to working onsite 5 days/week at San Francisco HQ
- 6–12+ months experience in B2B sales development or similar pipeline-generating role
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue impact
- Ownership-first mindset with initiative and fast learning
- Thrives in early-stage, high-urgency environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and modern sales tools
- Passion for go-to-market technology or experience in MarTech/SaaS startups
