hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS insurance billing platform for eye care providers in America, simplifying insurance for over 2,000 professionals.

What you will do

  • Identify potential clients and engage at an early stage via phone calls and emails, qualifying leads and booking demos.
  • Make 50+ dials daily to generate interest in sales engagement.
  • Handle objections and conduct discovery questions to understand value needs and product fit.
  • Become a student of the industry, studying use cases and pain points of modern eyecare professionals regarding insurance.
  • Own your metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, sales notes, and call recordings.
  • Establish communication cadence with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership to understand the industry and offerings.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and hard-working with a strong appetite for learning and improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail to enrich and qualify prospect data.
  • Incredibly curious and excited to solve complicated problems in the health insurance system.
  • Willingness to dive deep into industry knowledge of optometry and insurance.
  • Confidence and hunger to pick up the phone and make 50+ dials a day.
  • Impeccable communication skills, determination, and focus on lead generation.
  • Familiarity with and capacity to learn a modern sales tech stack (CRMs like Hubspot, Zoom, Slack, G-suite).

  • Experience working at a SaaS startup.
  • Experience in healthcare technology.
  • Knowledge of insurance/medical terminology.
