TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Lehi, Utah, United States; remote work considered for those outside commutable distance

What you will do

  • Drive new client acquisition and build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements and partner with internal teams
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide forecasts and insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on targeted prospecting
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and conduct product presentations and demos
  • Travel regularly within assigned territory and to sales events to strengthen client relationships

Requirements

  • Location: Must be within commutable distance for hybrid schedule or remote considered if outside commutable distance
  • 7+ years SaaS sales experience including 3-5+ years enterprise-level sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value SaaS deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
  • Technical understanding of SaaS software and ability to demonstrate product capabilities
  • Self-motivated with strong ethical standards and ability to work independently

Nice to have

  • Experience selling safety-related products or working with contractors/procurement
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail
