TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day revenue operations execution partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Onboarding
  • Own and manage HubSpot system configuration, workflows, reporting, and governance
  • Drive process improvements across the full go-to-market funnel including lead management and forecasting
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards for pipeline and customer lifecycle visibility
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and workflows
  • Design scalable processes and automate manual tasks in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Finance

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA with onsite presence required
  • 3–5+ years experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations
  • Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot including workflows and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Stripe and/or Intercom integrations
