TL;DR

Client Success Manager: Nurturing and growing relationships with clients for an Enterprise SaaS company, ensuring adoption and maximizing value with an accent on retention and expansion. Focus on proactive engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive client success.

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; Houston, Texas, United States; Lehi, Utah, United States. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

What you will do

  • Nurture and grow client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain client momentum after launch and increase platform adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on use-cases, product functionality, and program recommendations.
  • Perform regular review-and-planning sessions to demonstrate value and define next steps.
  • Act as the voice of hirify.global clients, collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvements.
  • Own the overall health of each assigned client account.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role with an Enterprise SaaS company or supplier management with a large organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SFDC, CRM tools, and JIRA.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Past success mastering new, complex technologies, processes, and concepts.
