What you will do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on pipeline and performance.
  • Identify and drive automation and process improvement to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Support strategic Go-to-Market planning with analytical input and maintain accurate books of business.
  • Own the day-to-day management of sales systems and tools, ensuring high data hygiene.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Ops inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data, processes, and definitions across the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) and related GTM tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights that influence decisions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills to translate complex data and process details.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and curiosity for how systems, tools, and workflows can scale effectively.
