What you will do

  • Own Salesforce hygiene ensuring clean, reliable data for forecasting and reporting.
  • Run weekly forecasting cadence, consolidating inputs and identifying risks for leadership.
  • Maintain accurate account mapping, segmentation, and whitespace analysis to support territory strategy.
  • Drive structured deal reviews ensuring opportunities are compliant and progressing.
  • Manage sales activity logging and pipeline hygiene standards.
  • Facilitate GTM meetings and partner with leadership to provide operational support and insights.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work hybrid in New York City, Redwood City, or San Francisco, United States
  • 3–5+ years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations supporting GTM teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and managing forecasting cadences.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

  • Experience supporting technical sales teams.
  • Prior work partnering with Revenue leadership.
