What you will do
- Own and optimize the complete sales funnel, from prospect list creation to email sequencing and CRM hygiene and automation.
- Deliver daily and weekly performance updates and insights to the Head of Sales, identifying areas to accelerate deal flow.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and board-level sales performance dashboards and insights, owning quota tracking and rep pacing analysis.
- Build and execute coaching programs, skill refreshers, and micro-trainings to strengthen rep performance.
- Build and maintain a structured onboarding program that accelerates new rep ramp time and drives early success.
- Work closely with teams in the PH and US, leveraging BPO best practices to improve throughput, quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar roles (preferably within outdoor, e-commerce, SaaS, or BPO-supported environments).
- Strong analytical thinking with proven experience turning sales data into decisions, actions, and coaching moments.
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot required) plus comfort with sales engagement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resourceful, solutions-oriented startup environment.
- Ability to work US hours (EST).
