What you will do

• Design and manage global moderation processes and policies for various digital platforms including YouTube, Fortnite, Roblox, and mobile games.
• Lead and mentor a global team of outsourced moderators, developing training and operational benchmarks.
• Drive improvements in moderation tools, workflows, and automation leveraging technology.
• Collaborate with product, legal, engineering, and commercial teams to embed moderation and safety into product lifecycles.
• Manage incident response protocols ensuring swift and transparent mitigation.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and evolve moderation systems accordingly.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in content moderation or trust & safety leadership, especially in youth-focused or regulated environments.
• Work location restricted to the United States.
• Proven success in scaling moderation operations across regions and platforms.
• Strong policy creation and enforcement skills in fast-moving environments.
• Data-driven with experience setting KPIs and leveraging reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
