What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy aligned with company GTM and business objectives.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners across various segments including TSD, VAR, GSI, Hyperscalers, and Telcos.
• Lead and inspire a global partner team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive revenue growth by enabling partner sales and monitoring KPIs related to pipeline and product utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives and deliver partner enablement programs.
• Operationalize partner performance tracking and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA.
• 15+ years of partner experience with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
• Proven success managing partnerships with TSDs, VARs, GSIs, Hyperscalers, and Telco partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across matrix organizations.
