What you will do

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligning data and research initiatives with company objectives
• Coordinate data planning and communication across teams, including alerting downstream teams of priorities
• Ensure consistent and accurate reporting on data and research work, including KPI monitoring
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Research & Content, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams
• Drive change management initiatives across the data organization
• Document plans, resource allocations, and SLAs for internal and external stakeholders
• Represent senior leadership in meetings and decision-making related to data resources, vendors, and tools
• Optimize leadership effectiveness through strategic meeting design and agenda management

Requirements

• Must have 5-10 years experience in operations or project coordination roles
• Proven ability to achieve consensus with senior stakeholders
• Track record of implementing operational improvements with measurable results
• Experience with complex organizations or systems, preferably in military, government, healthcare administration, development, or consulting
