What you will do

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership and influence key business decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing legal team across multiple U.S. locations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Support corporate governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive innovation through AI adoption and legal technology implementation.
• Play a critical role in M&A transactions and integration processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the U.S.
• 16+ years of legal experience including leadership of remote teams and SaaS exposure.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach.
• High integrity and collaborative communication style.
