Salary: $165,600–$303,600 per year (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

• Partner with Copilot Engineering and Product leaders to drive strategic planning and execution.
• Manage business rhythms including leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely execution of priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, enabling clarity and focus.
• Manage communications and change management across the organization.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and support functions to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and work onsite at least 3 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience in relevant business or technical roles.
• Proven experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations within technical/product organizations.
• Strong understanding of engineering and product development processes.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration degree.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
