What you will do

• Define and execute strategic roadmap and integrate operations goals into company-wide objectives.
• Monitor operational performance with alerting and rapid remediation for deviations.
• Drive business growth by enabling effective tools and services for servicing consumers and merchants.
• Oversee and optimize operational outcomes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate extensively with Engineering, Analytics, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Build and retain a high-performing, diverse team empowered to make decisions and solve problems.

Requirements

• Must have 15+ years experience in customer and merchant servicing, fraud operations, and strategic workforce management in complex B2B2C environments.
• Experience engaging with executives, board members, and regulators.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive strategies and lead large teams (100+).
• Data-oriented, analytical, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
• Thrives in fast-paced, innovative, and regulated financial services or technology-driven companies.
• Must be located in the United States or authorized to work remotely within the US.
