What you will do
- Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers in Germany
- Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by identifying and closing upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high renewal rates through structured daily and weekly work
- Accurately forecast and update renewal data in Salesforce CRM
- Support customer transitions from Perpetual licenses to Subscription or Cloud models
Requirements
- Must be located in Munich, Germany
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German are mandatory
- Proven experience in renewals, sales, or inside sales in Perpetual, Subscription, or SaaS environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach and accuracy in CRM updates
