Location: Remote, with 80% travel time to meet customers in Germany.

What you will do

  • Prospect new clients among independent retailers and regional chains to sell hirify.global solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local decision-makers and engage in lobbying activities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager Germany to implement sales strategies and agreements.
  • Ensure close follow-up with clients post-sale, coordinating with internal departments.
  • Regularly update CRM tools with opportunities and manage customer and prospect bases.
  • Provide feedback on competitors to management and the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Commercial education with experience in technical digital product sales (SaaS, IoT Devices and services).
  • Familiarity with the retail sector and excellent relationship skills, including with C-level clients.
  • Strong ability to identify solution value for customers and convert it into sales.
  • Passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
