What you will do

  • Prospect and source new partners in assigned verticals and countries, primarily in the DACH region.
  • Lead full sales cycles including business case building, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Manage executive relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP) at partner organizations.
  • Ensure smooth handover of partnerships to marketing and account management teams.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine sales playbooks and strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to structure and execute deals.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles
  • Experience in B2B2C distribution models across sectors like Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Hospitality
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and target-driven approach
