Requirements

• 7–10 years of performance marketing experience in large-scale or high-growth environments
• Strong commercial understanding of Sports and Prediction markets
• Proven experience managing seven-figure acquisition budgets
• Deep knowledge of attribution, media mix modelling, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with analytics and attribution platforms
• Highly analytical, performance-driven mindset
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
