What you will do

• Drive the evolution of web strategy to meet company goals for reputation, demand, and enablement.
• Improve website effectiveness to increase visitor engagement and customer acquisition for targeted personas.
• Refine user experience, identifying and analyzing high-impact experiments and iterative updates.
• Design and implement AI solutions to optimize website conversion and facilitate operational efficiencies.
• Develop and direct SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility, traffic growth, and performance.
• Lead global web strategy for internationalization and localization efforts, ensuring legal compliance.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B websites.
• Solid track record of achieving goals in fast-paced, global environments.
• Deep understanding of web design trends, conversion best practices, and web technology capabilities (front and back-end).
• Expert knowledge of UI design and web production techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Basic knowledge of web applications and programming languages (e.g., APIs, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, REST, SOAP).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git/Gitflow and MVC Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
