What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets for France and French-speaking Africa
- Implement strategic action plans aligned with company goals
- Analyze market and create new revenue opportunities
- Support sales team in contract finalization and customer relations
- Manage resources and coordinate with EMEA teams across sales, marketing, and channel partners
- Recruit, develop, and lead a large team and management group
Requirements
- Must be located in Paris, France
- Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ employees and 10 managers
- Experience in fast-moving, competitive markets with organizational change management
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales, infrastructure, security, cloud, and SaaS markets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Network of decision-makers in major French companies
