What you will do
- Drive top-line revenue across your team through new logo acquisition and upsells for existing clients.
- Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing team of Account Executives.
- Partner with the Vice President to define Go-To-Market strategy for the FSI & Public Sub-Region.
- Project vertical growth, territories, and partners, driving alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Build collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
- Develop senior relationships with key targets and top accounts across diverse personas and strategic partners.
Requirements
- 8-10 years’ experience in software field sales or other relevant sales experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience of people management.
- Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
- Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers.
- Ability to connect with C-level executives.

- Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration.
