What you will do

  • Drive top-line revenue across your team through new logo acquisition and upsells for existing clients.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing team of Account Executives.
  • Partner with the Vice President to define Go-To-Market strategy for the FSI & Public Sub-Region.
  • Project vertical growth, territories, and partners, driving alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Develop senior relationships with key targets and top accounts across diverse personas and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ experience in software field sales or other relevant sales experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience of people management.
  • Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers.
  • Ability to connect with C-level executives.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration.
