What you will do
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules
- Build and promote hirify.global’s brand in the marketplace as the face of the company in the territory
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales support functions to ensure best-in-class customer experience
- Monitor competitors, products, and market conditions to understand customer needs
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work in France, specifically Paris
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Self-sufficient, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Data-oriented approach to territory planning and personal performance
