What you will do
- Support the Manager in mentoring and motivating the team.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members.
- Assist in analyzing, reporting, and taking action on pipeline metrics.
- Help develop outbound initiatives to maximize team performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop new strategies for sales pipeline growth.
- Support the Manager in driving performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience coaching or leading a team.
- Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a fintech or solution-sales/technology-related setting.
- Strong understanding of sales best practices and proven closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- A quantitative approach to decision-making and a passion for coaching.
- Proficiency in English.

- Experience working in retail or hospitality industry.
- Experience with POS systems.
