What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams and clients.
• Organize and monitor engineering team activities to ensure project alignment.
• Track and report development progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to project roadmaps and product release cycle management.
• Assist in product testing and maintain detailed documentation.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of client-facing technical project management experience in software, preferably CRM or eCommerce.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting team-based projects and working with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Experience with remote and distributed teams preferred.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions preferred.
