What you will do

• Serve as main contact for customers during delivery, managing expectations and communications through complex AI deployments.
• Plan, execute, and report on customer implementations using hirify.global AI solutions.
• Run project check-ins, track milestones, manage scope, and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalate issues proactively.
• Create project plans, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Define and refine delivery playbooks and processes to scale enterprise delivery.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years in Technical Project/Program Management or Customer Delivery in Enterprise software (AI, SaaS, or infrastructure preferred).
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana.
• Technical understanding of APIs, Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), deployment models, and software integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading external delivery projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, or data migration projects.
• Experience in public sector, finance, or regulated industries.
• Business fluency in German.
