What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee multiple project implementations ensuring alignment with plans and client expectations.
• Standardize project delivery processes including planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Support, R&D, and Technical Account Management teams.
• Manage resource capacity and project staffing to meet delivery requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and manage client communications and escalations.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years managing SaaS or technology solution delivery with 5+ years people management experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles and cloud environments.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, risk management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer locations.
