What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale GRC software implementations across global organizations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, product managers, and quality assurance.
• Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage challenges.
• Continuously assess and refine delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Leverage knowledge of Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Information Governance frameworks to guide solution design.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years (Senior level: 8+ years) of project management experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations, ideally in Risk, Compliance, or Information Security domains.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, strong project governance and financial management, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Methodologies: Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Frameworks: Familiarity with Cyber, Privacy, and IT Governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Language: Excellent German and English (written and verbal) required.
