What you will do

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact programs supporting CSM goals and customer outcomes.
• Define program scope, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria with business and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Customer Success teams to align priorities and ensure seamless program delivery.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and managing expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency within CSM.
• Champion customer voice in program planning and support initiatives enhancing satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Dundee, United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong understanding of customer success operations and proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with banking software and hardware technologies.
