What you will do

• Own the end-to-end portfolio of global datacenter and GPU deployment initiatives, translating company objectives into portfolio strategies and roadmaps.
• Define and maintain capacity plans, long-range buildout strategies, and sequencing across regions.
• Establish portfolio governance frameworks, reporting, and decision-making structures, monitoring progress and identifying risks.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Program Managers and cross-functional teams, driving consistent standards for planning and execution.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure portfolio feasibility and readiness.
• Optimize deployment cycles and reduce portfolio-level bottlenecks by ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, technical program management, or infrastructure delivery leadership.
• Strong background in datacenter, hardware infrastructure, cloud, or large-scale technical environments with multi-region experience.
• Deep understanding of GPU compute, networking, power/cooling, or high-density datacenter operations.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience driving data-based decisions in fast-moving environments.
