What you will do

• Drive commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts in EMEA Northern and Benelux.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs accelerating transformation and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs from discovery to post-program analysis.
• Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps and design impactful training strategies.
• Deliver high-quality blended learning experiences and track enablement success metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work with customers in EMEA Northern and Benelux region
• Proven track record in selling and implementing learning solutions in enterprise accounts, preferably in software or cloud technology.
• Strong program management, enablement strategy, and learning & development design skills.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for training as a lever of digital transformation and ROI.
• English fluency required
