What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including up to 6 direct reports and matrix-managed delivery teams.
• Drive delivery of a wide portfolio of activity, encompassing commercial and KLO initiatives.
• Manage the recruitment, performance, and development of senior delivery managers.
• Account for all change delivery within one or more PUs, including planning, funding, and resourcing.
• Facilitate portfolio planning cycles and contribute to the Quarterly Planning Process.
• Manage budget allocations, expenditure tracking, and support investment decisions.

Requirements

• Expert in portfolio and programme management with proven ability to govern large, complex, cross-functional portfolios.
• Strong people leader with demonstrable experience in delivering transformation.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Skilled in change leadership and influencing across organisational boundaries.
• Significant experience in delivery and leadership roles within large, technology-led organisations.

Hiring process
