• Develop, launch, and optimise campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video channels
• Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximise ROI and user acquisition
• Tailor creatives and messaging to regional regulations, sports calendars, and user intent
• Segment audiences by behaviour, geography, interest, and device to improve conversion
• Monitor campaign performance and produce detailed KPI reports
• Ensure compliance with state-level regulations and partner requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in media buying across programmatic media and DOOH
• Proven experience managing seven-figure acquisition budgets across multiple regions
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to craft acquisition messaging
• Experience with attribution modelling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Passion for sports and Web3 technologies
• Clear communication and collaborative working style
