TL;DR

Demand Generation Manager (Marketing): Managing upper funnel customer acquisition across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments, supporting product-led sales motions with an accent on crafting, building, and operating multi-channel campaigns. Focus on defining lead stages, funnel performance, pipeline creation, and tailoring programs to local EMEA needs.

Location: This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our EMEA hubs (London, United Kingdom or Berlin, Germany). In-person onboarding is required.

What you will do

  • Act as the connective tissue between EMEA Regional Marketing Managers, Global Demand Generation, and Brand/Social/Paid Media/Lifecycle teams.
  • Drive EMEA-wide demand efforts for SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise sales segments through multi-channel localized experiences.
  • Define appropriate lead stages, correct routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership, managers, and sales reps within EMEA to translate business objectives into impactful programs.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing teams to tailor Demand Generation programmes to fit local needs.
  • Report on initiative performance across sub-regions and provide feedback to the Global Demand Generation team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience leading large-scale revenue campaigns.
  • Previous experience in both tops down and bottoms up product-led sales motions for rapidly growing companies.
  • Ability to gather input and establish alignment between senior stakeholders across sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of articulating global programs within the EMEA region and building ground-up strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and make business decisions.
  • Must be based in one of our EMEA hubs (London, United Kingdom or Berlin, Germany).
  • Ability to attend in-person onboarding is required.
