What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process, from generating new opportunities to successfully closing deals.
- Focus on securing and nurturing relationships with Finland's largest enterprise clients.
- Build, own, and strategically grow your sales pipeline from end to end.
- Lead customer meetings, present hirify.global's SaaS solutions, and conduct C-level negotiations.
- Coordinate and advance complex, multi-stage sales processes.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and other colleagues to support the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise-level B2B sales.
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills.
Nice to have
- Strong business acumen and B2B sales experience within the technology market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving results in enterprise-level sales.
- Background in the technology sector with an understanding of SaaS business models.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly with C-level executives.
