What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales process, from generating new opportunities to successfully closing deals.
  • Focus on securing and nurturing relationships with Finland's largest enterprise clients.
  • Build, own, and strategically grow your sales pipeline from end to end.
  • Lead customer meetings, present hirify.global's SaaS solutions, and conduct C-level negotiations.
  • Coordinate and advance complex, multi-stage sales processes.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists and other colleagues to support the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level B2B sales.
  • Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills.

Nice to have

  • Strong business acumen and B2B sales experience within the technology market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results in enterprise-level sales.
  • Background in the technology sector with an understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly with C-level executives.
