What you will do

• Identify and research organizations matching the Ideal Customer Profile to find key contacts.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound opportunities.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to qualify needs and decision paths.
• Own the commercial process including demos, proposals, stakeholder management, and contract closure.
• Present AI use-cases to customers and gather structured product feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and policy shifts affecting AI adoption.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in similar roles or relevant achievements; startup experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Finnish; Swedish is a merit
• Based in Finland or Sweden with ability to travel frequently between countries
• Passion for AI and early adoption mindset
• Comfortable with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools and processes
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with high urgency and ability to work in undefined processes
