What you will do

  • Define and execute a sales strategy for the Finnish Mid-Market & Large Enterprises segment.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and identify training needs to continuously improve team performance.
  • Manage sales pipelines, deliver accurate forecasts, and report performance to senior leadership.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and secure long-term contracts that drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in leadership successful sales team in MPS/BPO and/or HR and Payroll SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Finnish market and its HR and Payroll challenges.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English Languages (written and spoken).
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue goals.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • BBA/BSc or MBA/MSc education.
