What you will do
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets across hardware, software, and services.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and growth.
- Drive customer and partner engagement by managing key relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Delivery, and Operations to ensure seamless collaboration and strong business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level of working and thinking.
- Solid experience leading high-performing sales teams, managing budgets and P&L, and driving significant commercial growth in IT solutions.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and IT services.
- Must be resident near the office in Espoo, Finland.
- Good command of Finnish and English languages.
