Focus on developing and executing commercial sales strategy, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving customer and partner engagement.

Location: Hybrid in Espoo, Finland. Must be resident near the office in Espoo, Finland.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets across hardware, software, and services.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Drive customer and partner engagement by managing key relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Delivery, and Operations to ensure seamless collaboration and strong business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree level of working and thinking.
  • Solid experience leading high-performing sales teams, managing budgets and P&L, and driving significant commercial growth in IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Must be resident near the office in Espoo, Finland.
  • Good command of Finnish and English languages.
