Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week from Seattle office (United States)

What you will do

• Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach and networking.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your territory.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate reports on key performance metrics.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Explain how hirify.global products mitigate security challenges to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
• Minimum one year of closing experience with a strong performance track record.
• Confident and polished communicator with proven ability to build professional relationships.
• Strong discovery and value-selling skillset.
• Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
• Strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity.
