Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage and grow revenue within assigned enterprise and SME accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and C-level contacts.
• Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells with clients.
• Conduct technical and quarterly business reviews to align on business and technical goals.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices and product usage.
• Collaborate internally to resolve customer issues and drive customer advocacy.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years experience in Account Management, SaaS Customer Success, or Sales roles
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.) and onboarding
• Experience selling to Enterprise organizations and C-level executives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with autonomy and ownership
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Undergraduate degree preferred

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry
