What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts using flexible licensing models.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transition after 12 months.
- Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implement agreed business plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective account plans and promote hirify.global's products.
Requirements
- Holds broad expertise or unique knowledge in enterprise security software solutions.
- Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Exhibits confidence and expertise in presentations, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
