What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global solutions to SLED agencies and exceed annual recurring revenue quotas.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial contact through contract signing and upselling.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansions.
  • Maintain accurate sales data across systems like Salesforce and Highspot.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the territory of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, or Iowa.
  • 8+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in SLED accounts.
  • Proven success in closing new accounts and growing existing ones.
  • Experience selling SaaS subscription software to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Strong negotiation skills with large organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively in an early-stage, resource-limited environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or related technologies.
  • Background in early-stage or underdog companies competing with large competitors.
