TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries for a global HR platform with an accent on effective use of sales tools and identifying key prospects. Focus on communicating value propositions, nurturing leads, and supporting Account Executives in the sales cycle.

Location: hirify.global (EMEA)

Salary: On-Target Earnings between $31,500 USD to $70,950 USD (70% base salary)

What you will do

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate hirify.global's value propositions and understand prospect needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts via cold calling.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables, acting as a self-starter who brings new ideas to the team.
  • Fluency in English & Dutch.
  • Must work from the EMEA region.
