What you will do
- Prospect strategic business accounts in China through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate sales leads.
- Qualify leads rigorously using the BANT process and hand over to regional Account Executives.
- Become a subject matter expert in hirify.global EOR & Employment Solutions tailored to the Chinese market.
- Develop and implement creative communication strategies to engage decision-makers and book sales appointments.
- Contribute to outbound sales strategy formulation for the China region in collaboration with team leads.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data and consistently meet or exceed quarterly KPIs.
Requirements
- Location focus: China market expertise required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in tech.
- Native Mandarin speaker with good English skills.
- Proactive, excellent communication skills, and fearless cold-calling approach.
- Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce is advantageous.
