TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Researching potential clients and presenting hirify.global's offering through strategic outreach to schedule demos for Account Executives with an accent on proactively generating new qualified leads and achieving core metrics. Location: Clearwater, Florida (Hybrid: in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus additional days as required). Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States; sponsorship for employment or work authorization is not provided.

What you will do

  • Research potential clients and present hirify.global offerings.
  • Generate new qualified leads and grow individual book of business.
  • Achieve and exceed core metrics, quotas, and KPIs (e.g., daily cold calls, emails).
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly and opportunities are forecast accurately.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and learn from Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable prospecting, delivering short sales pitches, and high-level demos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Experience in technology or software sales support (outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration) with a record of achieving sales goals.
  • A driven, high-energy mindset with an inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

  • Past SaaS sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
