What you will do
- Research potential clients and present hirify.global offerings.
- Generate new qualified leads and grow individual book of business.
- Achieve and exceed core metrics, quotas, and KPIs (e.g., daily cold calls, emails).
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly and opportunities are forecast accurately.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with Account Executives and learn from Sales Leadership.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience.
- Comfortable prospecting, delivering short sales pitches, and high-level demos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Experience in technology or software sales support (outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration) with a record of achieving sales goals.
- A driven, high-energy mindset with an inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn.

- Past SaaS sales experience.
