What you will do

• Own recruiting process from sourcing to offers for multiple technical positions.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan creative sourcing approaches using niche channels and events.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
• Manage intake meetings, interview coordination, and reporting to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with technical recruiting focus.
• Experience in both agency and in-house startup environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of technical stacks (Java, AWS, Javascript, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced collaborative settings.
• Experience recruiting in the Bay Area tech and financial sectors.
• Proficiency with ATS systems like Greenhouse and sourcing tools.
