What you will do

• Manage full-cycle hiring for technical, product, commercial, and operations roles.
• Proactively source and headhunt talent across Europe and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Screen candidates, run structured interviews, and guide hiring teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role profiles and recruitment plans.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer brand.

Requirements

• Experience hiring in a fast-paced scale-up environment, ideally across multiple European countries.
• Strong track record recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical positions.
• Confident sourcer and headhunter who enjoys outreach and pipeline-building.
• Strong communicator managing multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
• Quick, curious, organised, and eager to learn and grow.
• Able to work independently while collaborating well with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP/QA hiring.
• Experience with SaaS, insurtech, or fintech industries.
