What you will do

  • Proactively develop and source candidates through research, referrals, digital campaigns, and other talent attraction efforts.
  • Conduct first-round interviews to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different interview techniques.
  • Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to find top talent across teams.
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics.
  • Manage the full cycle of candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • Working experience as a Recruiter with technical positions for 5+ years.
  • Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across Fintech.
  • Executive Search experience required.
  • English: B2-С1.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
