What you will do

• Develop proactive candidate pipelines through research, referrals, and digital campaigns
• Conduct executive search and headhunting across multiple regions
• Manage interviews and candidate screening to meet hiring targets
• Oversee candidate lifecycle and pipeline management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and debrief candidates
• Maintain recruitment data and report on hiring metrics

Requirements

• English: B2-C1 proficiency required
• Experience: 5+ years in technical recruiting, including executive search
• Industry: Talent sourcing experience in fintech
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
