What you will do
- Proactively develop and source candidates through research, referrals, digital campaigns, and other talent attraction efforts.
- Conduct first-round interviews to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different interview techniques.
- Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent.
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to find top talent across teams.
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics.
- Manage the full cycle of candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity.
Requirements
- Working experience as a Recruiter with technical positions for 5+ years.
- Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across Fintech.
- Executive Search experience required.
- English: B2-С1.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
